Debussy – Rêverie (Piano Piece)

This is the classical piano piece Rêverie by French impressionist composer Claude Debussy. Here you can listen to this fabulous song full of sensitivity and a lot of emotion. Debussy is known for enchanting us with his wonderful musical ambiences, especially composed to the piano. I think Debussy is one of the most influential composers in the history of music.

Having studied at the Paris Conservatoire, Debussy did not like to apply the rules of classical harmony in his compositions. He became a revolutionary musician because he decided to reinvent the musical sonority, creating a sentimental music with many delicate and hypnotizing expressions and nuances.

I think I have one of his piano pieces in the middle, similar to his Arabesques. 1 in E major: and no. 2 in G major. Easier to play than the famous Clair de Lune (Part 3 of the Bergamasque suite).

A calm and relaxing song with expressive arpeggios played in the left hand, while the right hand plays the notes delicately and with characteristic details of this small piece of piano quite meditative.

Rêverie is the same as dream or fantasy is a true musical daydream that we can appreciate here in this wonderful performance.
