Rachmaninoff – Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini (Piano & Orchestra)

The Rhapsody on a Theme by Paganini in A minor, Op. 43, is considered one of Rachmaninoff’s finest compositions. Here is an imposing representative of romantic classical music, an impressive set of 24 musically constructed variations for piano and orchestra referencing the whimsy in A minor of the incredible Italian violinist Niccolò Paganini.
